SHIPPING COSTS

Ones’s A Charm provides free shipping within the USA on orders over $650. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

PROCESSING TIME

One’s A Charm processing time starts from the moment of confirmation of the order by the OAC’s consultant via email.
 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • USA, Canada: 3-14 business days (depending on the state)
  • Europe: 8-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 8-20 business days
 

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates. For locations with duties and taxes, please remember to pay any custom duties promptly to ensure timely delivery of your dress.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME

It takes 7 to 15 business days to produce your, one-of-a-kind piece. After the production process is complete, your merchandise will be shipped.
 
  1. Unfortunately, rush production is not available. You can not rush art.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. One’s A Charm is not responsible for delays due to customs. To find out more information about customs fees, click the link.

Return Policy

RETUNS & REFUNDS

At One’s a Charm, we hand make all of our amazing one-of-a-kind pieces using your exact measurements. You can receive a full refund anytime from the moment of purchase until the production process begins. Once our production team begins tailoring your piece specifically for you, we will not be able to issue a refund under any circumstances. You will be notified once the production process begins via text, and email. 
 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Orders cannot be canceled once transferred to production.
 

SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

If you have a problem with sizing with your custom garment, you must notify our customer service within 3 days of receiving the package so we can offer options to resolve the situation. Late notifications cannot be accommodated.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SOILING

A $200 fee will be charged for garments that are returned with visible stains or damage. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We emphasize that cleaning a corset or a dress is a complex and costly process, especially since gowns are delicate and require specialized cleaning services. We reserve the right to reject a return entirely if stains are not cleaned or if we are unable to remove any hair or other marks.

We want to provide a beautiful dress or corset to another person who may want to order the same piece after you, and it is crucial that the garment remains in pristine condition.

 

We strongly advise you to take the following measures when trying on the garment at home:

  • Try the garment on only on a clean surface.
  • Avoid any animal hair, dirt, or cosmetics stains.
  • Be cautious with food and beverages to prevent any spills.
 

WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE

It can be upsetting for our clients when a garment they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

A free return label is included for orders within the United States. Customers from other countries will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and parcel postage.

 

1. Buyer emails their return request to One’s A Charm within 3 days of receiving their item. To start a return email us at contactOnesACharm@teekish.com

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Buyer carefully packs the item(s) for shipping. If provided, all other items or attachments shipped with the purchased dress must be included in your return. This includes items such as belts, veils, detachable sleeves, bows, or any designer packaging like authenticity cards, price tags, dust bags, garment bags, decorative pendants. Etc

4. Send the item back within 14 days after it was delivered to you. 

5. Please allow up to 14 days from the day your return arrives to our facility, for our team to inspect and process your return (and it may take your financial institution an additional 1-5 days to process the funds back into your account). You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

6. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the method used.

Who designs One’s A Charm corset and dresses?

Founder Mildred Hunter in charge of all designs.  She works with a group of seamstress on larger designs.
